Founder & CEO, Jessica G. Tabbert, started the events and entertainment agency after her honorable discharge from the U.S. Army in 2010. Several moves around the country with four children in support of her husband's military career made it extremely difficult to run a business. Following orders to move the family to South Florida, Jessica made the decision to relaunch J. Gisele in Miami & build a team to help her grow the business.
After Hurricane Irma, J. Gisele pivoted from a general event planning company to an agency which provides curated culinary experiences and food-focused events in South Florida. The agency represents small businesses, organizations, and individuals who are targeting a specific audience. Using the menu as the base of the design, J. Gisele uses data analytics and trends in the food, beverage, and events industries to designs events to attract the client's target audiences and create unique experiences.
