As a military service member, Staff Sergeant Tabbert was responsible for the training, education, and leadership of men and women in military intelligence as well as command, control, and communications. She performed intelligence analysis, designed programs to train military members, and identified strategies to execute mission-oriented plans and directives. Staff Sergeant Tabbert was also placed in leadership positions over the Honor Guard at three separate duty stations. She was responsible for the complete planning and successful execution of military events from 50 to 20,000 attendees.

Jessica used her experience to transition first into the hospitality industry and then into the entertainment industry following her departure from the military.

Mrs. Tabbert has a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University’s North Miami Campus. She was also awarded a full merit scholarship to Babson College to earn an MBA in Entrepreneurship at the Miami campus. As a community leader, she is the Chair of the Mission United Outreach Committee where she helps connect veterans with the resources they need through Mission United. She also serves as the Vice President of Operations for the National Sales Network South Florida Chapter, where her years of operational experience are helping to grow the chapter.

She aspires to earn a doctoral degree and use her years of experience to design business focused programs and services for transitioning military members and military spouses. She is also a passionate storyteller, a skill she uses to carefully select events and entertainment projects that fuel her creativity.
